The prayer wishing good for Yogi Ramsuratkumar
When we worship a deity, it is a common practice to end the worship with a prayer wishing all goodness and auspiciousness for that deity.

Here the text is given in Sanskrit, English and Tamil. The meaning is provided in English.


मङ्गलं देशिकेन्द्राय यमिनां चक्रवर्तिने । सदा-शिव-स्वरूपाय तस्मै भवतु मङ्गलम् ॥
सम्सार-सागरोद्धार-सेतुभूताङ्घ्रिरेणवे । गुरवे सर्वलोकानां योगिरामाय मङ्गलम् ॥
ॐ स्थापकाय च धर्मस्य सर्वधर्मस्वरूपिणे । अवतारवरिष्ठाय योगिरामाय मङ्गलम् ॥
मङ्गलं गुरुदेवाय देवकीमात्रे च मङ्गलम् । मङ्गलं भक्तवृन्देभ्यः सर्वलोकाय मङ्गलम् ॥


  • maṅgalaṁ dēśikēndrāya
    yamināṁ cakravartinē
    sadā-śiva-svarūpāya
    tasmai bhavatu maṅgalam
  • Let all auspiciousness (maṅgalaṁ) be (bhavatu) onto Him (tasmai), Yogi Ramsuratkumar;
    One who is the chief (indra) among spiritual teachers (dēśika)
    One who is the supreme emperor (cakravartin) amongst the self-restrained ascetics (yamin)
    One who is the embodiment (svarūpa) of Lord Siva, who is always (sadā) auspicious and gracious (śiva)
  • samsāra-sāgarōd’dhāra-
    sētu-bhūtāṅghri-rēṇavē
    guravē sarva-lōkānāṁ
    yōgi-rāmāya maṅgalam
  • Let all auspiciousness (maṅgalaṁ) be onto Yogi Ramsuratkumar (yogi-rāma);one whose feet’s (aṅghri) dust (rēṇu) became (bhūta) the bridge (sētu) that uplifts (ud’dhāra) us from the ocean (sāgara) of worldly life (samsara)
    one who is the preceptor (guru) for all (sarva) the worlds (lōka)
  • om sthāpakāya ca dharmasya
    sarva-dharma-svarūpiṇē
    avatāra-variṣṭhāya
    yogi-rāmāya maṅgalam
  • Let all auspiciousness (maṅgalaṁ) be onto Yogi Ramsuratkumar (yogi-rāma);
    who is the establisher(sthāpaka) ofSpirituality (dharma);
    who is the personification (svarūpiṇ) of all (sarva) Faiths and Religious paths (dharma);
    and (ca) who is the best (variṣṭhā) among theIncarnations (Avatāra) of the Supreme.
  • maṅgalaṁ gurudēvāya
    dēvakīmātrē ca maṅgalam
    maṅgalaṁ bhaktavr̥ndēbhyaḥ
    sarvalōkāya maṅgalam
  • Let all auspiciousness (maṅgalaṁ) be onto our Gurudev (gurudēvāh), Yogi Ramsuratkumar.
    Let there be auspiciousness (maṅgalam) also (ca) onto Ma Devaki (dēvakīmātā).
    Let there be auspiciousness (maṅgalam) onto the groups (vr̥nda) of devotees (bhakta).
    Let there be auspiciousness (maṅgalam) onto the entire world (sarva lōkah).

மங்களம் தேசிகேந்த்ராய யமினாம் சக்ரவர்தினே।
ஸதா-சிவ-ஸ்வரூபாய தஸ்மை பவது மங்களம்॥

சம்சார-சாகரோத்தார-சேது-பூதாங்ரி-ரெனவே ।
குரவே சர்வ-லோகாணாம் யோகி-ராமாய மங்களம்॥

ஓம் ஸ்தாபகாய ச தர்மஸ்ய ஸர்வ-தர்ம-ஸ்வரூபிணே ।
அவதார-வரிஷ்டாய யோகி-ராமாய மங்களம் ॥

 

மங்களம் குரு-தேவாய தேவகி-மாத்ரே ச மங்களம் ।
மங்களம் பக்த-வ்ருந்தேப்ய: ஸர்வ-லோகாய மங்களம் ॥
